Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
Using a hand mixer (or stand mixer), beat the X-agave, bananas, butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs.
In a separate bowl, carefully combine the baking soda, salt, and whole-wheat flour.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
Add most of the frozen berries and mix quickly and carefully.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then top with the remaining berries.
Bake for 60-75 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire cooling rack for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve plain or slathered in butter. Enjoy.
