Ingredients
2-3slicesof baconto taste
1large egg
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepperto taste
2slicesof breadtoasted
Mayonnaise
Avocado slices
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Instructions
Cook the bacon in a small skillet over medium heat until crisp and cooked through. Remove the bacon and nearly all of the bacon grease.
Crack the egg into the skillet and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Once the egg white is no longer transparent, add 2 teaspoopns of water to the pan and cover with a lid.
Cook for about 30 seconds or until the yolk is cloudy. Don't overcook or the yolk will be hard (unless that is desired).
While the egg is cooking, toast your bread.
Spread each piece of toast with a bit of mayonnaise.
Layer the toast with avocado slices, lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon, then top with the cooked egg.
Add the other piece of toast on top and serve immediately. Enjoy!
