Ingredients
Cake:

of flour

of white sugar

of brown sugar

can of crushed pineapple
plus juice

cup
chopped walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting:
8
oz
cream cheese
softened
1
cube of butter
softened
1
tsp
vanilla
2
cups
of powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Make the cake by combining all ingredients, including pineapple juice then mix thoroughly. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Place into the oven to bake for 30-35 minutes, until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool completely on a cooling rack.
Make the cream cheese frosting by combining all ingredients and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Once the cake has cooled completely, spread the frosting evenly over the cake Ice the cake.
Garnish the top with a sprinkle of nutmeg for more spice, if desired. Enjoy.
