Ingredients
Cake:

of brown sugar

can of crushed pineapple
plus juice

chopped walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting:
8
oz
cream cheese
softened
8
tbsp
unsalted butter
softened

tsp
vanilla

cups
of powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Make the cake
by combining all ingredients,
including pineapple juice
, then mix thoroughly. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Place into the oven to bake for 30-35 minutes, until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
Make the cream cheese frosting
by combining all ingredients and beating with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Once the cake has cooled completely, spread the frosting evenly over the cake Ice the cake.
Garnish the top with a sprinkle of nutmeg for more spice, if desired. Enjoy.
