Ingredients

sheet of puff pastry, thawed
**Box comes with two sheets - only use one

small
egg, well beaten

oz
brie, sliced into small squares
¼
cup
cranberry sauce, more if needed

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the thawed pastry sheet and brush evenly with egg wash. Cut the pastry into 24-30 small, even squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Place one square on top of another (egg wash up), then place them on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining pastry.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Place the small slices of cheese on top of each pastry puff.
Place back into the oven to bake for 1-2 minutes to melt the brie.
Remove from the oven and place immediately on a serving tray.
Top with a small dollop of cranberry sauce and a few fresh thyme leaves. Serve & enjoy.
