bunch of asparagus
woody ends removed

olive oil

cloves
of garlic
thinly sliced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Splash of lemon juice
to tastet
Instructions
Heat ¼ cup of water in a small skillet over medium heat.
Add the asparagus to the pan and cover it with a lid. Steam the asparagus for 3-4 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Remove the asparagus and water from the skillet, then add the olive oil.
Once the olive oil is hot, add the garlic chips and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Add the asparagus to the pan, then toss it to coat it evenly; season it with sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
Serve immediately. Enjoy.
