of quinoa

of chicken broth

clove
of garlic

dried oregano

fresh parsley

of kalamata olive
sliced

of red and yellow grape tomatoes
sliced in half

red onion
diced finely

feta cheese
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook the quinoa in a large saucepan with the chicken broth, minced garlic, and dried oregano, per package instructions.
Once the quinoa is ready, add the parsley, kalamata olives, grape tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Toss until evenly mixed then serve immediately. Enjoy.
