Frans Simple Vinaigrette

romaine lettuce
chopped

fresh baby spinach

handful of cherry tomatoes
1
handful of kalamata or black olives
or both!

slices
of salami
quartered, to taste

fresh red onion, sliced thinly
***Soak the slices in ice water for 10 minutes if they are too strongly flavored

toasted pine nuts

tbsp
fresh Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Prepare Frans Simple Vinaigrette.

Prepare the salad
by adding the romaine and spinach to a large bowl. Top with tomatoes, olives, onions, toasted pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese.
Serve the salad
by drizzling some of the well-shaken Fran's vinaigrette over it to taste, tossing, and serving. Enjoy!
