Ingredients

butter
softened

cloves
of garlic
minced

Parmesan cheese
finely grated
1
tbsp
fresh parsley
chopped
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Loaf of Kalamata bread
sliced in half, lengthwise
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking dish with foil for easier clean-up.
Combine the butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste in a bowl; mix until evenly combined.
Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
Evenly spread the butter mixture over each half of the loaf.
Place the bread on the baking sheet, then loosely cover the top of the bread with a piece of foil.
Bake for 15 minutes; remove the foil and turn the oven to broil.
Cook the bread, watching VERY carefully, so it doesn't burn.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
