Ingredients

large crown of broccoli
washed and cut into florets
1
tbsp
olive oil
Pinch
of crushed red pepper flakes
2
cloves
of garlic
minced
Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
In a steamer set over a large pot of boiling water, steam broccoli, covered, until crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, then add the crushed red pepper flakes and minced garlic, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Add the lemon juice and steamed broccoli. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper; toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately. Enjoy.
