Ingredients
Tostadas:

tajin tostada shells

cup
homemade
refried beans (or ½ can of refried beans)

sharp cheddar cheese
Toppings:
Lettuce, shredded
Avocado slices
Pico de gallo
Green onions, sliced
Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Cotija cheese, crumbles

Instructions
Make the refried beans--click here or up above for the recipe.

Set aside to allow flavors time to mingle.
Make the pico de gallo--click here or up above for the recipe.
Set aside to allow flavors time to mingle.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread some refried beans on top of each tostada shell and sprinkle with some cheese.
Place into the oven to back for 7-10 minutes, or until the beans are hot and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, avocado slices, pico de gallo, cilantro, green onion, sour cream, and cotija cheese.
Serve immediately with salsa on the side. Enjoy.
