Place the warm water into the pan of your bread machine, then sprinkle the yeast on top. Add the flour, salt, and sugar.
Turn your bread machine onto the dough cycle and let it run for 10 minutes.
Remove the dough (it will be sticky) and place it on a well-floured surface.
Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes (add more flour if needed), then place on a baking sheet lined with a Silpat mat that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Form the dough into a loaf, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
Brush the top of the dough with a bit of olive oil, then cover with waxed paper and place it in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours.
When you are ready to bake your bread, remove it from the refrigerator and remove the waxed paper.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place the bread into the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a bit before slicing. Enjoy.
