Shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Make the vinaigrette by combining the canola oil, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, oregano, basil, dried mustard, onion powder, paprika, and sea salt & freshly cracked pepper, to taste, in a glass jar or small bowl. Whisk until well combined; set aside to allow the flavors to mingle–at least 30 minutes.
Make the salad by placing a mixture of romaine and mixed greens in a large serving bowl and top with grape tomatoes, diced cucumbers, herb croutons, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
Serve the salad by drizzling the well-whisked Italian vinaigrette then toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
