Ingredients

of cold milk

of cooking oil

white chocolate chips

cup dried cherries
2
tbsp
cup dried blueberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a round baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
Add the milk and oil, then mix well. Add the white chocolate chips and dried fruit, then knead the dough with your hands until combined.
Roll the dough into a circle ½-1 inch thick.
Place into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and the bottom is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire cooling rack. Slice and serve with butter if desired. Enjoy.
