2-3tbspsugardepending on the sweetness of the fruit

Oat Topping:
1cupwhite flour
1cupold-fashioned rolled oatsuncooked
1cuppacked brown sugar
2tspcinnamon
8tbspbutterslightly softened
Whipped Cream:
1pintof whipping heavy cream
¼cuppowdered sugar
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a pie dish or baking dish with cooking spray
Prepare the peaches in a large mixing bowl, and mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Pour the peaches into the prepared baking dish.
Bake the fruit in the oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the oat topping by combining the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients with your fingers until crumbly.
Once the fruit has cooked for 20 minutes, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the crumble evenly over the top of the peaches.
Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes longer.
Meanwhile, make the whipped cream by beating the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a hand mixer for 5-7 minutes, until thick & fluffy.
