Simple Lemon Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp honey or white sugar, or more to taste
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste


  • Combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, crushed red pepper flakes and sea salt & freshly cracked pepper, to taste, in a small jar.
  • Tightly seal with lid and shake vigorously. Set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
  • Shake very well before drizzling on your salad and serving. Store leftovers in the tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator.
