Combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, crushed red pepper flakes and sea salt & freshly cracked pepper, to taste, in a small jar.
Tightly seal with lid and shake vigorously. Set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
Shake very well before drizzling on your salad and serving. Store leftovers in the tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator.
