Ingredients

salmon fillet

tbsp
butter

tsp
olive oil
1
clove
of garlic
minced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Fresh dill
to taste
Lemon
thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, then coat it with cooking spray.
Combine the butter, olive oil, and garlic, then spread evenly over the top of the fish. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Sprinkle some freshly chopped dill all over, followed by a layer of lemon slices.
Place it skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and serve with additional lemon slices or wedges, if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
