Ingredients

olive oil

of ground beef
1
small yellow onion
diced
¼
orange bell pepper
diced
1
celery stalk
diced
3
cloves
of garlic
minced
1
tsp
dried mustard
½
tsp
paprika
1
cup
of ketchup
2
tbsp
water
1
tsp
brown sugar
or more if you want it sweeter
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
to taste
Hamburger buns
toasted if desired
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, breaking it up into crumbles.
Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery, and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
Add the garlic, dried mustard, and paprika, and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Drain any grease from the skillet.
Add ketchup, water, and brown sugar, then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
Stir and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Taste and re-season if needed.
Spoon on a toasted hamburger bun. Enjoy.
