boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Olive oil cooking spray

of honey

cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat the broiler. Line a baking pan with foil, then spray it with olive oil cooking spray.
Prepare the seasoning blend by mixing the garlic powder, chili powder, salt, cumin, paprika, and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
Season the chicken thighs evenly with the dry rub on both sides.
Place thighs on the baking sheet. Spray each chicken thigh with olive oil cooking spray.
Broil the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Combine the honey and vinegar in a small bowl.
Remove the chicken from the oven; brush the chicken thighs with half of the honey mixture. Broil for 1 minute.
Remove chicken from the oven and turn over.
Brush the chicken with the remaining half of the honey mixture.
Broil for 1 minute, or until chicken is cooked.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
