Instructions
Heat the olive oil and garlic slices in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, swirling often, for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the oil is fragrant.
Add the spinach, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1-2 minutes until just wilted.
Add the pine nuts, lemon zest, and juice, and mix well.
