Make the whipped cream by pouring the whipping cream into a bowl, and adding powdered sugar until the cream is at your desired degree of sweetness (I used 2 tablespoons).
Gently remove the seeds from the vanilla pod and place them into the whipping cream.
Using a hand mixer, beat on high until the whipping cream is thick and fluffy.
Prepare the parfait by placing some of the diced pound cake into the bottom of the dish followed by a few spoonfuls of sliced strawberries.
Drizzle the berries with a little chocolate sauce and a sprinkling of white chocolate chips followed by a few spoonfuls of whipped cream. Repeat the process with pound cake, strawberries, chocolate sauce, and white chocolate chips.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately. Enjoy!
