Feta and Roasted Garlic Spread:
½cupof feta cheese
½cupof sour cream
½head of roasted garlicchopped
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepperto taste
Goat Cheese and Roasted Garlic Spread:
½cupof goat cheese
½cupof sour cream
½head of roasted garlicchopped
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepperto taste
Other Ingredients:
1baguettesliced
1-2vine-ripened tomatosliced thinly
10fresh basil leaveschopped finely into ribbons (chiffonade)

Instructions
Prepare the roasted garlic. Click the link for the instructions.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the feta and roasted garlic cheese spread by combining feta cheese, sour cream, ½ head of roasted garlic, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste, and mix thoroughly.
Prepare the goat cheese and roasted garlic cheese spread by combining goat cheese, sour cream, ½ head of roasted garlic, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste, and mix thoroughly.
Prepare the crostini by placing the baguette slices on a baking sheet and spraying the tops with olive oil cooking spray.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.
Finish the crostini by spreading the feta or goat cheese mixture evenly onto the crostini, then top with a slice of tomato, sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste, and top with basil ribbons.
