Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

of crushed red pepper flakes
Serving:
Parmesan
freshly grated
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat the pizza tray with cooking spray, then sprinkle it evenly with a little cornmeal.
Let the dough rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before spreading it out on the baking tray.
Spread the dough on a pizza sheet to your desired size.
Spoon the sauce on the dough and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over, followed by the feta.
Next, carefully spread the minced garlic all over the pizza; don't drop in large clumps!
Top with half of the fresh chopped basil.
Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
Add the sliced tomatoes and remaining fresh basil, then season with sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste. Enjoy.
