Ingredients

of vegetable oil

eggs

of white sugar

of brown sugar

vanilla

of zucchini
grated

cup
walnuts
chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour two loaf pans or coat with cooking spray.
Sift the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
Beat the oil, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla with a hand mixer (or in a stand mixer) in a large bowl until creamy.
Add the flour mixture to the creamy mixture and mix.
Gently add the zucchini and walnuts until well combined.
Pour into greased bread pans and bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pans for a few minutes before moving them to a wire cooling rack. Enjoy.
