Cinnamon, Oatmeal, Raisin, and Walnut Cookies

Cinnamon, Oatmeal, Raisin, and Walnut Cookies

I wanted to make some cookies for a friend so I used this recipe I found on Smitten Kitten. It was a super quick and easy recipe to make and they smelled so good while they baked. My daughter and son taste tested them for me (tough job) and they said they were soft, chewy, and delicious. They brought a smile to my friend’s face which is what I wanted.

  1. This looks very delicious. I’ll try this for our Christmas snack day at the office. Thanks!

  2. I did not like these. They were dry, not rich enough, and did not spread like a typical cookie. They may be low cal but not delicious.

  3. I love this recipe! It’s easy to follow and I loved the taste of them when I finished baking them. I’m sure ill use this recipe again and again.
