Mini Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

Mini Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

We were heading to a friend’s house for dinner and I needed to bring a dessert. I saw this recipe on Averie Cooks and decided to make these mini peanut butter chocolate chip cookie cups since our dinner hosts love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. These little cookie cups were fun to make and made our house smell terrific while they baked. I served them warm with some ice cream & they were a big hit with everyone.
