Brie, Ham, and Spicy Mango Jelly Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Brie, Ham, and Spicy Mango Jelly Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I made brie, ham, and spicy mango jelly grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner.  I cooked it dry (no butter) in a skillet until the bread was golden brown on both sides and the cheese was melted and gooey. My kids liked it, but my son didn’t want as much jelly next time, and my daughter said it would be better without ham. My husband and I loved it just the way it was and thought it paired nicely with a loaded Caesar salad.

  1. The bread looks so delicious, and the sandwich looks amazing! I love that you “dry” grilled it. I have been making my grilled cheese sandwiches that way for years. It is crispier and no greasy fingers!
