Creamy Greek Dressing

Creamy Greek Dressing

I made a huge Greek salad for dinner tonight due to an unexpectedly warm day and my intense craving for Mediterranean flavors. I decided to make the salad extra special by making a creamy Greek dressing instead of the usual vinaigrette. I combined some fresh lemon juice, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, olive oil, fresh oregano, fresh dill, and minced garlic along with some sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. This creamy dressing tasted so flavorful and delicious on the salad and we all thought it was amazing.

How to Make a Creamy Greek Dressing

Combine the lemon juice, mayonnaise, olive oil, Greek yogurt, fresh oregano, fresh dill, minced garlic, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Whisk until well combined.

Cover and refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors mingle. Enjoy.

  1. Oh my goodness Pam. This Creamy Greek Dressing would have been perfect as a dressing for the potato salad I made yesterday. Of course, I may have had to double or even triple is but at least I would have been able to indulge, lol…

Thanks so much for sharing, Pam…I hope you are enjoying a safe and fun weekend…
