Orange Honey Butter
My son has been eating a lot of toasted bread and bagels lately. Knowing he’s a big fan of honey, I decided to treat him to some orange honey butter. My husband received several types of honey for Christmas (a gift from my son), so this was a good excuse to use one of them. This orange honey butter took only a few minutes to whip together and my son LOVES it. He had it on the ultimate banana bread yesterday and plans on having it on pancakes this morning.
How to Make Orange Honey Butter
With a hand mixer, beat the softened butter together with the honey, orange zest, and orange juice until creamy and fluffy.
Spoon into a glass jar and store sealed tightly in the refrigerator. Spread on toast, pancakes, crepes, French toast, waffles, scones, quick bread, or muffins. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 stick of unsalted butter softened to room temperature

I would love some on my sourdough bread!! It sounds so good with orange peels and honey.
I really need to make more sweet compound butters! This would be so lovely on toast.
