Honey-Dijon Vinaigrette
I made a wonderful salad with roasted beets and goat cheese recently that I topped with this delicious Honey-Dijon vinaigrette and it was a huge hit with all of us, especially my husband and daughter. We loved the sweet and tangy flavors from the mustard and honey combined with the salad ingredients. I am loving this vinaigrette and look forward to creating more salads using it.
