I love a good sandwich! What’s not to love – good bread, tasty meat, loads of veggies, and sharp cheese! I have included some of our family favorite sandwiches that we never tire of. Some are simple and basic like Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta, Turkey, Swiss and Vegetable Sandwich, and Sharp Cheddar, Avocado, and Tomato Panini. I have also included some fancier sandwiches that are good enough to serve to guests like Toasted Ham and Brie on a Baguette with Fig Jam, Caprese Panini with Basil Mayonnaise, and Roasted Mushroom & Swiss on Garlicky Sourdough.
