The Best Dry Rub for Chicken
This flavorful dry rub is an all-purpose seasoning blend that is delicious on chicken, but it’s also tasty on veggies & potatoes.

I’m always on the lookout for new homemade dry rub recipes, so our meals don’t get boring around here. I stumbled upon this easy chicken dry rub recipe on Simply Recipes and decided to give it a try because I luckily had everything I needed on hand. I used this rub on chicken thighs, but it would work well on wings, breasts, drumsticks, or the whole bird. This sounds amazing Pam!
Really intriguing combo. Going to have to try this on veggies or even on some roasted chickpeas!
I’m always looking for something new for chicken as well and this sounds very good so I’ll give it a try but omitting the salt as I like to apply it separately.
This recipe will come in handy. Chicken needs lots of flavor.
Making your own rub is such a good idea and much cheaper that buying one at the store.
