Cowboy Butter Dipping Sauce
I first saw the recipe for this cowboy butter dipping sauce on eatwell 101 last year and wanted to make it but never did so when I recently stumbled across it again I decided to finally make it. The sauce is a combination of melted butter, lemon, mustard, garlic, herbs, and seasonings and it’s packed full of flavor. The dipping sauce is great with steak, chicken, pork, seafood, bread, and veggies. I decided to first try using this cowboy butter dipping sauce with a steamed artichoke and it was wonderful! We all enjoyed the tangy lemony flavor but I thought the herbs and garlic were the stars of the show.
