Ingredients

fish sauce

red chile
**Birds Eye, Thai Chile, or Red Serrano
Instructions
Combine the water, fish sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, white sugar, garlic, and chilies together in a glass jar.
Seal with a lid and shake well. Set aside to allow flavors to mingle for at least 20 minutes.
Store in a clean and airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, but make sure you always use clean utensils when handling it. Enjoy.
