Nuoc Cham (Vietnamese Dipping Sauce)
Nuoc Cham is a tasty and versatile Vietnamese dipping sauce and/or dressing that is spicy, salty, tangy, and sweet. It’s easy to make and SO flavorful!
I found this recipe on Recipe Tin Eats and it is a keeper! This tasty Vietnamese dipping sauce and/ or dressing is made from fish sauce, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, chilies, and garlic. It’s perfect for dipping summer rolls and Vietnamese fried spring rolls in, it also makes a wonderful salad dressing for rice noodle salads, and it’s also a great marinade for meat and tofu.
