Topping:
½cupwhite flour
½cupold fashioned rolled oatsuncooked
½cuppacked brown sugar
1tspcinnamon
5tbspslightly softened butter
Whipped Cream:
1pintof whipping cream
¼cuppowdered sugar
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.
Prepare the fruit by mixing all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Pour into the baking dish and place into the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
Make the topping while the fruit is baking in the oven, by adding flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, and butter to a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients with your fingers until crumbly.
Once the fruit has cooked for 20 minutes, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the crumble evenly over the top of the fruit.
Return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes longer. Serve with homemade whipped cream (recipe below) or vanilla ice cream.
Make the whipped cream by beating all ingredients with a hand mixer for 5-7 minutes until fluffy.
