Ingredients
Burgers:
2garlic clovesminced
½tspfresh gingergrated
1green onionthinly sliced
2tbspfresh cilantrochopped
½tbspsoy sauce
½tbsprice wine vinegar
1tbspsesame oil
1lbground turkey
Spicy Mayonnaise:
¼cupof mayonnaise
1/2-1tspof sriracha sauce
Zest and juice of 1/2 a lime
Other Ingredients:
4hamburger buns
Avocado slices
Tomato slices
Mixed greens
Instructions
Make the turkey burger mixture by combing the garlic, ginger, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the ground turkey and use your hands to gently mix. Divide the mixture into 6 balls then form each one into a patty.
Prepare the spicy mayonnaise by combining the mayonnaise, sriracha, lime zest, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
Cook the turkey burgers by heating a large grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook the burgers for about 4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
To serve, place the burger on a bun with a bit of spicy mayonnaise on it. Top the burgers with a little more spicy mayo, tomatoes, mixed greens, and avocado followed by the other bun.
