Ingredients
One small loaf of par-baked bread
baked per instructions
Mayonnaise
to taste
Bacon slices
cooked until crispy
Tomato slices
seasoned with sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Several whole fresh basil leaves
Avocado slices
Havarti
sliced, optional
Instructions
Cook (or toast) the bread according to the package instructions.
Cut the small loaf of bread lengthwise down the center. Let cool for a minute.
Slather some mayonnaise on both sides of the bread.
Layer with bacon slices, tomato slices, basil leaves, and avocado slices.
Add a slice of Havarti cheese, optional, but makes it special.
