Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, bananas, vanilla yogurt, oil, and vanilla with a hand mixer until well combined.
Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix with a rubber spatula.
Fold in the white chocolate chips, then add most of the raspberries and fold them gently into the mixture.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan, then push the remaining raspberries into the top of the loaf.
Bake in the oven for 55-60 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool on a wire cooling rack for a few minutes before slicing, slathering with butter, and eating. Enjoy.
