can of black beans, rinsed and drained

tbsp
water

tbsp
yellow onion
diced finely

tbsp
grape tomatoes
diced
1
tbsp
fresh cilantro
diced
1
clove
of garlic
diced
1
small jalapeño
seeded and diced finely
Pinch
of cumin
Pinch
of dried oregano
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place the rinsed and drained black beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add the water, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, cumin, oregano, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
Cook for 10 minutes, or until the beans are hot.
Taste, re-season if needed, then serve immediately. Enjoy.
