Ingredients

of flour

of oats

baking soda

salt

packed brown sugar
¼
cup
of butter
softened

tsp
vanilla

egg
¼
cup
of dried blueberries
¼
cup
of dried cherries
½
cup
of white chocolate chips
divided
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silpat mat.
Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
In another bowl, beat together with a mixer the butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla; beat well.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
Add the blueberries and cherries and most of the white chocolate chips to the batter and gently mix.
Drop dough by the tablespoon onto the baking sheet 2 inches apart. Push a few of the remaining white chocolate chips into the top of each dough ball.
Place into the oven and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before moving to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy.
