1tbspolive oil
1small head of broccolicut into florets
1cloveof garlicminced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepperto taste
Dash of crushed red pepper
2tbspof toasted pine nuts
Asiago cheesegrated, to taste
Lemon wedges
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the broccoli florets and cook, stirring often, until lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes, until they are still a bit crisp, fork-tender, and bright green.
Add the minced garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
