white sugar

milk chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, coconut oil, both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet, then stir until just combined.
Fold in ¾ cups of the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips evenly over the top of the loaf.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a tester inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let sit in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out on a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve with butter if desired. Enjoy.
