Ingredients

cup
of buttermilk
low fat if desired
½
cup
of mayonnaise

tbsp
fresh basil
finely chopped
1
tbsp
fresh parsley
finely chopped
1
tbsp
fresh lemon juice & zest from ½ the lemon
1
clove
of garlic
finely grated or minced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a small glass jar and mix thoroughly.
Seal with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.
Serve as a dressing for a tossed salad or a dip for chips and vegetables. Enjoy.
