Combine the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, agave, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small glass jar. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Whisk well; slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until well combined. Set aside for flavors to mingle.
Whisk well before drizzling on your salad. Enjoy.
Side Note: My family loves a very tangy vinaigrette. If you prefer a more subtle flavor, increase the olive oil, to taste.
