Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Whisk the eggs very well and season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Pour the egg mixture into the hot large skillet. Constantly fold the egg mixture from the bottom of the pan to the top, for 1 or 2 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
To serve, layer the scrambled egg on top of the buttered toast, followed by slices of avocado. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
