For Serving:
Butter
Powdered sugar
Maple syrup
Fresh fruit
Instructions
Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Whisk together the eggs, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon & milk until thoroughly combined.
Dip each slice of bread (on both sides) into the egg mixture then place it directly into the hot skillet.
Cook 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown.
Serve with butter, sprinkled powder sugar, and maple syrup.
I served with fresh fruit & turkey sausage. Enjoy.
