Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil (for easier cleanup) then coat it with cooking spray.
Rub the minced garlic all over the salmon then squeeze the juice of a small lemon all over. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Sprinkle the top with some chopped parsley, fresh dill, and feta cheese.
Place into the oven to bake for 13-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is medium-rare. Don't overcook!
Remove from the oven and serve with additional slices of lemon if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
