flour tortilla
Hummus
Pepperoncinis
diced
Roasted bell pepper
diced
Tomato
diced
Red onion
finely diced
Kalamata olives
diced
Feta cheese
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a flour tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crisp and golden.
Remove the tortilla from the skillet then spread the hummus over it.
Top the tortilla and hummus with pepperoncini, roasted bell pepper, tomato, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
Place the tortilla back into the skillet for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Slice into wedges with a large knife. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
