Ingredients

of packed brown sugar

baking soda
Dash of nutmeg

of cinnamon chips

cup
of walnut pieces
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and nutmeg.
Gradually stir in the flour mixture into the butter mixture.
Stir in cinnamon chips and walnut pieces.
Drop by heaping teaspoons on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 9-11 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool cookies on a wire cooling rack.
