Panini Maker or Large Skillet
Ingredients
Rye bread
Mayonnaise
Deli mustard
Pastrami
Tomato slices
Pepper rings
Swiss Cheese
Instructions
Preheat the panini maker (you can also use a large skillet over medium-high heat).
Spread the mayonnaise and deli mustard on both slices of the bread.
Layer one slice of bread with pastrami, tomato slices, pepper rings, and Swiss cheese, top with the additional slice of bread.
Place in the panini maker for 5 minutes; slice and serve. Enjoy.
